Chlorogenic acid is a cinnamic acid derivative which, by oxidation, forms a dark plant pigment, which has an apparent effect on the palatability of several foods. It appears to affect a plant's ability to fight pathogens; for example, bruised apples lose chlorogenic acid content and flavor.
INDICATIONS: For temporary relief of skin rashes, congestion, hay fever, headaches, and chest constriction.
DOSAGE: One to ten drops three times daily under the tongue as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
